Caissa is the “patron goddess” of chess players.
The type of checks is a Wallace tartan plaid. Plaids are complex checks and Tartan plaids are the original plaids from Scotland. In a Tartan both vertical and stripe patterns have to match evenly creating perfectly symmetric patterns.
This kind of checks is good for a formal evening wear, profession and casual affair. The saree will light up your aura with it’s bright light tones.

Maintenance: Dry Clean is reccomended. But this saree can be easily washed at home with a gentle detergent and delicate spin cycle of a washing machine.
