Cancellation and Refund Policy

The pictures of all products are clicked in natural light. Colour may vary slightly from the image. Since these products are purely hand worked, there may be variations in the weave, colours and prints. Please accept them as beauty of a hand-made product. However if there is a genuine reason to return or exchange, please follow the process below.

Steps to follow:

  1. Get in touch within 48 hours of the receiving the product. Any later than this, we shall not be able to issue and exchange or refund.
  2. Email us at writeto@labelolee.in with all the information in Annexure 1
  3. On confirmation over email from us, you will need to ship the product back to our address that we shall provide.
  4. After we receive the returned product we shall do one of the following:
  • Replace the returned item/s
  • Issue a refund for cost of the product to the credit/debit card used for online shopping or remit to bank.
  • If you wish, we shall issue you a voucher for alternative purchase without an expiry date.
  1. Shipping charges: In case of a genuine defect, if you do not wish to exchange we shall refund you the product cost and the shipping charges (if this was the only product shipped). If few products were ordered together and just one product is being returned then we shall not refund you the shipping cost (since domestic shipping cost is flat 250 for 1 or all products). In case of an exchange, we shall not charge you any extra shipping cost.
  1. Following items are not eligible for return/exchange

– Items bought from our website that are on sale or discount
– Items bought at our store or any other outlet where we display our products.
– Items bought at an exhibition.

Please email us with the following information
Purchase Details

– Your full Name as on invoice
– Contact Number
– Order Number (as in invoice)
-Product Code/s to be returned (as in invoice)
– Product Name/s to be returned (as in invoice)


Type of Request – Specify any 1

  1. Exchange request

  2. Return request – I don’t want a refund by want to keep a credit with OLEE for future purchase.

  1. Return request – I want a full refund.

Reason for Return/ Exchange

Please be as specific as possible for us to understand your concern. Please attach a few pictures for us to comprehend your concerns and serve you efficiently. Mention the applicable reason in your email.

Saree related reasons:

  1. Product does not match the photos – the colour is significantly different from the photos.
  2. Saree fabric is different from what’s described in the product details and picture.
  3. Saree is damaged – the weave is unacceptable.
  4. Saree is damaged – there are discolorations in printing or dying.
  5. Saree is torn.
  6. Saree is missing a blouse piece and blouse piece was included in product description.
  7. Saree length is shorter than the product description.
  8. Saree blouse is damaged – there are discolorations in printing or dying or weave is unacceptable.
  9. Saree blouse is shorter than specified in the product description.
  10. Any other reason.

Shipping related reasons:

  1. The shipping took more than 10 working days.
  2. The parcel arrived open.
  3. The parcel arrived empty.
  4. This is not what you ordered for.
  5. Any other reason.

If you want an Exchange then please mention the product code and name of the new product.
